My name is Andy Tallone, I’m the head of marketing at CCI Investments, LLC and author of this website. I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CA DRE #00631135) and a Broker-Associate with CCI Real Estate (our sister-company).

I started my professional real estate career at the ripe old age of 22, in 1977, and never looked back. I started in Residential Real Estate in San Jose CA, then moved on to Real Estate Auctions, including the 1986 auction of 281 high-rise luxury beachfront condos in Bal Harbor FL that smashed all previous records for one-day real estate auctions.

I got my Brokers License in 1991 and opened Sierra Pacific Properties in San Jose CA, doing Residential, Land and some Developing. I was recruited by Dutra Realty, at the time the largest independent real estate firm in Alameda County, to head of several new departments in their growing operation, including helping to open their new Pleasanton office. That done, I went independent again, reopening Sierra Pacific Properties in 1995, now also in Pleasanton, concentrating on Residential Income Properties for Investors.

My name is Sierra Tallone, and I am a 31-year old mobile home park consultant. My father, Andy Tallone, an experienced real estate veteran of over 40 years, has been a top mobile home park consultant for 18 years. He hired me to be his assistant in 2015 and trained me in the business until his eventual retirement in early 2023, at which point I took his place.

CCI’s Mobile Home Park Management Department handles all aspects of offsite management including hiring, training and managing the onsite staff (that’s right, we manage the managers), collecting rents, paying the bills and accounting. But we go well beyond normal ‘Property Management’ with what we call ”VALUE ENHANCEMENT”.

VALUE ENHANCEMENT

Value Enhancement is what we call the process of increasing Net Income, and the Value of MHPs is often directly tied to its Net Operating Income (NOI). Increasing the Net can increase the Value of the Property. This can be accomplished either through INCREASING INCOME or REDUCING OPERATING EXPENSES or both, along with some other things, and can involve a number of interesting methods on our part.
