- We won’t ever go around you or steal your deal.
- We will evaluate what is sent, and will dig further by getting more info, doing our own research on the local rental/RE market, demographics, economics, etc.
- We will draft an evaluation of the park for you that includes what we think it’s making now, and a pro forma plan showing what we think can be done with it for upside.
- If we think it’s a ‘keeper’, we’ll send along a bid for our services on that particular deal. It’s up to you if you want to hire us or not. No cost/no obligation, we mean it.
